About Sell Case Files to AI

This site is run by people who read review platforms' terms, data buyers' listings and the rules of professional conduct through their own document reader, keep every passage they quote, and answer each enquiry themselves.

The point of this site

A closed matter is held under a duty of confidence, often under privilege, and in a platform with its own terms. Setting those side by side shows what a firm can license as its own and what stays the client's.

Who uses it

Managing partners, heads of litigation and litigation support managers at law firms, disputes boutiques and e-discovery providers holding years of closed matters.

What you will find here

This site answers one question, "sell case files to ai", with a quote form you can use straight away, no account. It adds 4 guides on the questions people ask next. It also publishes a data table to cite (figures and method here) alongside the sources it draws on.

What we leave out

  • We never put a client's file, or any part of it, in front of a buyer without that client's informed release.
  • We never ask for client names, matter numbers or documents through the form.
  • We do not rate review platforms; a row is the platform's sentence and our short reading of it.

Questions

For anything about the site, see Contact or email enquiries@sellcasefilestoai.com. Our Terms and Privacy pages set out the legal detail.

No review platform, legal AI vendor or data buyer pays to be listed here, and no link pays us a commission. Every answer is our reading of a published document or rule and is not legal advice on a firm's own clients, privilege or engagement terms. How we are paid: if a firm licenses its own material to a buyer we introduce, our fee is 12.5% of the deal, with a minimum, where we act as its exclusive agent, or 10% with a minimum where the material joins a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing first; any fee a buyer pays us is credited to the firm. We never receive a client's file.
